Digital Audio Recording Technology Committee (DART)
The Judicial Council established the DART committee on May 7, 2009, to examine digital recording equipment for purposes of assessing the reliability of this technology, the accuracy of a record made with this technology and the cost of acquiring, installing, operating and maintaining this technology. The committee concluded its work and submitted its Final Report and Findings to the Judicial Council on December 30, 2009. To view the report, click on the "Final Report" link above.
